We taste Cooked Tart Cherry, Bright, and ComplexOur single-origin coffee from Ngozi, Burundi this season is through cooperation with Osito & Long Miles Coffee. Over 1900 farming families provide coffee cherries to a single collection point before being processed and sold to roasters like us. Medium roast - completed at 415 °F
Ethiopia - Nano Challa (225g bag) Whole Bean
Ethiopia- Nano Challa #8 Various varietals * 2000 MASL * Washed processing Light/Medium Roast.We taste: Tangerine, Mulled Wine, Fruity, and JuicyOur single-origin coffee from Ethiopia this season is through cooperation with Osito. Our beans are from the Agaro region and are provided by the Nano Challa Cooperative which includes 230 smallholder farmers.Medium roast - completed at 415 °F

Pure ground single origin origin-made Ecuadorian 65% dark chocolate whisked into hot water, warm milk or vegan pant-based mylk to create a thick, rich, flavorful Parisian-style drinking chocolate.
Masala Chai Tea Latte
Our true to tea concentrate is brewed in-house weekly for unmatched freshness. It starts with organic Guangxi black tea slowly simmered with cinnamon bark, Peruvian ginger root, cardamom seed, malabar peppercorns, and clove bud. The blend is steeped until a full-bodied concentrate is formed, to which a modest measure of cane sugar is added—this lightly caramelizes and melts into the brew, tempering its bite. Perfectly blended with your choice of microfoam steamed milk/mlyk (plant based).
Bouquet (Chamomile Blend- No Caffeine)
Organic Tea. Notes — pollen | granny smith | lush. BOUQUET is a tisane blend of whole chamomile flower, black mitcham peppermint, and organic lemongrass stalk. Each summer we source a fresh lot of organic chamomile from Egypt's Nile Delta. We intentionally select German over Roman chamomile; its thick honey and tangy green apple qualities play best with the mint's sweetness and complex citrus of the lemongrass.
Gao Wen (Black Tea)
Organic Black Tea. notes — milk chocolate | tobacco | bold GAO WEN is our flagship black tea from central Yunnan province, China. A dianhong ("Yunnan red") production from da ye ("big leaf") cultivar bushes, this lot is distinguished by a unique processing step atypical of most dianhong production: several rounds of high-heat machine roasting to finish.
Ma Wei Moonlight (White Tea)
Organic White Tea. Notes — gardenia | pancake syrup | viscous MA WEI MOONLIGHT is a yue guang bai—"moonlight white"—from outer Simao, Yunnan, China. This production from our partners at Ma Wei Shan is bud-heavy at a mostly 1:1 (1 bud : 1 leaf) pluck (with some 1:2 plucks). We selected their shade-dried version over sun-dried; the deep sugars and high floral character of shade-dried yue guang bai outdid the rich, "cooked" flavors of the same tea sun-dried that year. The farm is an organic plantation, with entire slopes of tea rows 15-30 years old; our yue guang bai is made with their highest-elevation (1200 m.) large leaf material typically reserved for their factory pu'er production. An autumn harvest from 2017, this tea is well-rested and has the luscious body and intense huigan (lingering sweetness in the throat) of aged white tea.
Rainier (Peppermint Tea- No Caffeine)
Organic Tea. Notes — menthol | wintergreen | brisk. RAINIER delivers a focused mint sensation. The peppermint, blended with a touch of organic south Asian lemongrass, steeps up a burnt orange liquor with punchy coolness that gives way to a saccharine aroma of mint chocolate. Medium body and sweet with a lingering wintriness.

Korvapuusti (Finnish Cinnamon Roll) - Weekends only
A Finnish cinnamon bun. We sprinkle pearl sugar on top and use a cardamom-spiced yeasted dough. These cinnamon rolls can be found in every Finnish cafe, where they’re eaten alongside a big cup of coffee. Now they can be found in Wilmington, Vermont.The dough and filling is the same as Swedish kanelbullar, but the shape is unique to Finland.

Each weekend our baker provides a specialty Nordic/Scandinavian baked surprise. These are in limited quantity and are available on Saturday and Sunday morning starting at 10:00 AM.
